I.Product introduction and use

II.Main structural features
①The machine tool is a single-column vertical guide rail structure. The column, base and sliding seat are all made of high-grade
gray cast iron resin sand casting process and aging treatment; reasonable structural design, perfect processing and assembly

②The machine tool spindle adopts wide-area and high-torque servo motor drive, which can be used for low-speed and high-torque,
heavy-duty cutting, and high-speed cutting. At the same time meet the needs of roughing and finishing.
③The machine tool spindle adopts high-precision double-row cylindrical roller bearing and bidirectional thrust angular contact
ball bearing and double row cylindrical roller bearing configuration. The configuration structure has the largest bearing

④The X and Z-axis servo motors directly drive the precision ball screw pair through the flexible coupling, which can minimize the

The X and Z axes are made of domestic precision ball screw pair and ball screw special bearings, which meet the requirements of
high rigidity and high precision cutting. The pre-stretching structure of the screw support greatly reduces the influence of
thermal deformation on the accuracy of the machine during long-term operation.
⑤The X and Z axes adopt advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timed automatic intermittent lubrication, and the work
is stable and reliable.
⑥The machine tool holder adopts the electric knife holder or the row knife form, with accurate accuracy and high efficiency.
